This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 6pm Thursday 5th October.

VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing is available 9am to 2pm on Wednesday 4th October at 5 Spedding Road, Whenuapai.

We highly recommend inspection on all items. We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing.

Disclaimer: All goods are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or given. The sale of goods act does not apply to this auction. All Lots are sold "As Is Where Is".

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 15% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $17.25 = total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 6pm Thursday 5th October.

**NOTES:
- if a lot receives a bid within the last 10 min. it will remain open for an additional 5 min.
- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 5 min.

Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: 0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500+ = $50.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment and collection instructions. Collection is available 9am-2pm Friday 6th October & Monday 9th October. All goods must be collected by 2pm Monday 9th October.

There are no payment facilities onsite. Payment must be made prior to collection. It can be made online to the bank account provided at the base of the invoice or by cash, Eftpos or credit card at All About Auctions 82 Leonard Road Mt Wellington. (cc incurs a 3% surcharge).

If for some reason you cannot pick up within the allotted time, then communicate with us as we are reasonable people. But do not just ignore your responsibility. Failure to do so may result in AAA putting the said goods up for auction again, any shortfall that may occur is you the buyer’s responsibility. Failure to comply with this condition, can result at our discretion, the Buyer being blacklisted from further auctions.
