This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 10am Friday 17th March.

PLEASE NOTE: The bid price includes GST. A Buyers Premium of 15% + GST will be added to your winning bid.

AAA Reserves the right to withdraw Lots or bring forward/adjust the Closing Time of the Auction at Vendors request.

**NOTES:
- if a lot receives a bid within the last 10 min. it will remain open for an additional 10 min.
- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 10 min.

Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: 0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000= $50 / $1000+ = $100.

An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment and collection instructions.

There are no payment facilities at the location. You must make online payment prior to collection and provide a paid invoice to collect your goods.

Collection is ONLY available from 9am to 3pm Monday 21st, Tuesday 22nd March. All goods MUST be collected by 3pm Tuesday 22nd March. There is no access after that time.

Buyers must provide own labour and equipment to safely dismantle and remove goods and are responsible to remove equipment without causing any damage to the premises. All disconnected ready for collection.
