We highly recommend inspection on all items. We do our best to describe goods as accurately as possible however viewing is extremely important and highly recommended.

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 15% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $17.25 = total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
The auction will be open for timed bidding from 6.30pm Monday 28th July and will start closing from 10am Wednesday 6th August 2025

BIDDING INCREMENTS
Start Price is $10.00. Bidding increments are as follows: $0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1,000 = $50 / $1,000-$5,000 = $100 / $5,000-$10,000 = $250 / $10,000-$15,000 = $500 / $15,000-$50,000 = $1000 / $50,000+ = $2,500.

RESERVES
Some Lots may have a Reserve. If the Lot does not meet Reserve it will be passed in. The Auctioneer can negotiate with the highest bidder. If the highest bidder does not buy, the Auctioneer can then negotiate with other buyers.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions. Collection days: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All goods must be paid & collected by 12th August 2025.

Payment must be made online to the bank account provided at the base of the invoice.



Please do not bid if you are unable to commit to removing all items prior to 12th August.
