**Important** Our online bidding platform is internet based. For this reason, we recommend you do not leave it until the last few seconds of an auction closing to place a bid. A lag in the internet connection can result in a bid not being registered in time. We recommend you make use of the auto bid function by choosing the amount you wish to bid up to (the system will then bid on your behalf up to your chosen amount).

VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing is available from 9am to 4pm Wednesdays at 82 Leonard Road, Mt Wellington. You are welcome to join us from 10am Thursdays.

We highly recommend inspection on all items. Goods have not been Authenticated. We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing.

Disclaimer: All goods are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or given. The sale of goods act does not apply to this auction. All Lots are sold "As Is Where Is".

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 17.25% including GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $17.25 = total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
The auction will be open for timed bidding by 6pm Tuesday. At 10am Thursday timed bidding will stop and the live auction will begin from Lot 400. Any winning bids placed before the auction goes live will be carried over to the live auction.

BIDDING INCREMENTS
Start Price is $10.00. Bidding increments for the General Goods Auction are as follows: $0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000 = $50 / $1000-$2000 = $100 / $2000+ = $250.

RESERVES
We are selling on behalf of our clients (Vendors). The Vendor may stipulate reserves on their items. As such some of the items in this auction may be subject to a reserve. If the reserve is not met during the auction the item will be passed in. The Auctioneer can negotiate with the highest bidder. If the highest bidder does not buy the Auctioneer can then negotiate with other buyers.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions. Collection unless stated otherwise is from 82 Leonard Road, Mt Wellington during business hours.

Payment can be made online to the bank account provided at the base of the invoice. You can also pay by cash, Eftpos or credit card (cc incurs a 1.5% surcharge/stripe incurs a 3% surcharge).

All About Auctions will not process GST exempt purchase of goods for export or complete any international shipment paperwork. Buyers are responsible to organize with their agents.

Collection hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Saturday 10.00am to 12.30pm. We are closed on Public Holidays.

If for some reason you cannot pick up within the allotted time, then communicate with us as we are reasonable people. But do not just ignore your responsibility. Failure to do so may result in AAA putting the said goods up for auction again, any shortfall that may occur is you the buyer’s responsibility. Failure to comply with this condition, can result at our discretion, the Buyer being blacklisted from further auctions.

COURIER
We are happy to box up smaller items for courier service, however, there will be a $10 per box administration cost for this. We can also arrange the courier at your cost. For larger items we can provide you with the dimensions so you can organise a freight company of your choice to collect.

LIQUOR LICENSE
All About Auctions is authorised to sell alcohol by auction under Off Licence. 007/OFF/3299/2022. You must be 18 years old to buy alcohol.

This Auction is being conducted under the Terms and Conditions of Sale - Auctioneers Association of New Zealand.

RESERVE THE RIGHT
AAA Reserves the right to withdraw Lots or bring forward/adjust the Closing Time of the Auction at Vendors request.
