TIMED ONLINE ONLY AUCTION
This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from *6pm Sunday 2nd* March. All goods must be collected by Wednesday 5th March.

VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing is available 10am to 2pm on Friday 28th February and Saturday 1st March at Elle Maison, 360 Remuera Rd, Remuera.

We highly recommend inspection on all items. We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing.

Disclaimer: All goods are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or given. The sale of goods act does not apply to this auction. All Lots are sold "As Is Where Is".

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 17.25% including GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $17.25 = total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 6pm staggered with a Lot closing every 20 seconds.

**NOTES:
- if a lot receives a bid within the last 2 min. it will remain open for an additional 2 min.
- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 2 min.

Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: 0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000= $50 / $1000+ = $100.

RESERVES
Some Lots might have a Reserve. If the Lot does not meet Reserve it will be passed in.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions. Payment must be made prior to collection. You must collect per the terms of the auction.

All About Auctions will not process GST exempt purchase of goods for export or complete any international shipment paperwork. Buyers are responsible to organize with their agents.

Collection times are 8.30am to 4pm Monday 3rd, Tuesday 4th and Wednesday 5th March. All goods must be collected by 4pm Wednesday 5th March.

Collection is from Elle Maison, 360 Remuera Rd, Remuera.
