This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. The Auction will start closing from 10am Tuesday 11th February.

VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing is available between 10am - 4pm Monday 10th February at 37 Saleyards Road, Otahuhu
We highly recommend inspection on all items. We will endeavor to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 15% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $17.25 = total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 10am, staggered with a Lot closing every 20 seconds.

**NOTES:
- if a lot receives a bid within the last 2 min. it will remain open for an additional 2 min.
- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 2 min.

Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: 0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000= $50 / $1000+ = $100.

RESERVES
Some Lots might have a Reserve. If the Lot does not meet Reserve it will be passed in.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions. Payment must be made prior to collection. You must take a Paid invoice for collection.

Collection is available 9am to 4pm Wednesday 12th, Thursday13th, Friday14th and Saturday 15th 9am-12pm. You must take a Paid invoice for collection.

Collection is from 37 Saleyards Road, Otahuhu, Auckland.
