BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 17.25% incl GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $17.25 = total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 10am Friday 22nd November.

**NOTES:
- if a lot receives a bid within the last 2 min. it will remain open for an additional 2 min.
- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 2 min.

Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: 0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000= $50 / $1000+ = $100.

RESERVES
Some Lots might have a Reserve. If the Lot does not meet Reserve it will be passed in and the Auctioneer will negotiate with the highest bidder.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions. Collection is STRICTLY ONLY AVAILABLE 10am to 4pm on Monday 25th, Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th November, from 87a Ben Lomond Crescent, Pakuranga.

All About Auctions will not process GST exempt purchase of goods for export or complete any international shipment paperwork. Buyers are responsible to organize with their agents.

Buyers are responsible to bring appropriate labour, PPE, tools and equipment to safely dismantle and collect any purchase. Buyers are responsible for any make-good to the premises for any damage caused by them or their agents during the removal of their goods. Remedies must meet the satisfaction of the landlord.
