This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 10am Tuesday 19th November.

VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing available 10am to 3pm on Monday 18th November at 160 Rockfield Road, Penrose.

We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Viewing is recommended.

Disclaimer: All goods are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or given. The sale of goods act does not apply to this auction. All Lots are sold "As Is Where Is".

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 17.25% incl GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $17.25 = total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 10am Tuesday 19th November.

**NOTES:
- if a lot receives a bid within the last 2 min. it will remain open for an additional 2 min.
- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 2 min.

Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: 0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000= $50 / $1000+ = $100.

RESERVES
Some Lots might have a Reserve. If the Lot does not meet Reserve it will be passed in.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions.
Collection is from 160 Rockfield Road, Penrose. Collection is available upto 3pm on day of auction, then 10am to 3pm on Wednesday 20th, Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd November.

All goods must be collected by 3pm Friday 22nd November.

All About Auctions will not process GST exempt purchase of goods for export or complete any international shipment paperwork. Buyers are responsible to organize with their agents.
Buyers are responsible to bring appropriate labour, PPE, tools and equipment to safely dismantle and collect any purchase. Buyers are responsible for any make-good to the premises for any damage caused by them or their agents during the removal of their goods. Remedies must meet the satisfaction of the landlord.
