TIMED ONLINE ONLY AUCTION
This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed/called by an Auctioneer.

The Auction will start closing from 10am, staggered with a Lot closing every 20 seconds.
If a lot receives a bid within the last 2 minutes it will remain open for an additional 2 minutes. If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 2 minutes.

VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing is available 10am to 4pm on Thursday 15th August at Rodney Wayne, Coast Plaza Shopping Centre, 719 Whangaparaoa Road, Arkles Bay, Whangaparāoa.

We highly recommend inspection on all items. We will endeavor to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing.

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 17.25% including GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $17.25 = total cost $117.25.

BIDDING INCREMENTS
Start Price is $10.00. Bidding increments for the General Goods Auction are as follows: $0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000 = $50 / $1000+ = $100

RESERVES
We are selling on behalf of our Vendors (Liquidators/Clients). The Vendor may stipulate reserves on their items. As such some of the items in this auction may be subject to a reserve. If the reserve is not met during the auction the item will be passed in. The Auctioneer can negotiate with the highest bidder. If the highest bidder does not buy the Auctioneer can then negotiate with other buyers.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions. Collection is from Rodney Wayne, Coast Plaza Shopping Centre, 719 Whangaparaoa Road, Arkles Bay, Whangaparāoa. Collection is available 1pm to 4pm on Friday 16th then 10am to 4pm on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th August.
