This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 10am Monday 20th May.

VIEWING & INSPECTION
There is no general public access. All viewing is by Appointment Only from 10am to 3pm on Friday 18th May. Phone Brad Jackson 021 334 805.

We highly recommend inspection on all items. We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing.

Disclaimer: All goods are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or given. The sale of goods act does not apply to this auction. All Lots are sold "As Is Where Is".

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 15% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $17.25 = total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 10am Monday 20th May.

**NOTES:
- if a lot receives a bid within the last 2 min. it will remain open for an additional 2 min.
- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 2 min.

Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: 0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000= $50 / $1000+ = $100.

RESERVES
Some Lots might have a Reserve. If the Lot does not meet Reserve it will be passed in.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions. Payment must be made prior to collection. You must take a Paid invoice for collection.

There are Limited Collection Times. Collection is by Appointment on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd May. If you do not collect on time your invoice will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. Collection is available by appointment only, Phone Brad Jackson 021 334 805
