We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given.

Disclaimer: All goods are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or given. The sale of goods act does not apply to this auction. All Lots are sold "As Is Where Is".

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 15% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $17.25 = total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 10am Wednesday 15th May.

**NOTES:
- if a lot receives a bid within the last 2 min. it will remain open for an additional 2 min.
- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 2 min.

Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: 0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000= $50 / $1000+ = $100.

RESERVES
Some Lots might have a Reserve. If the Lot does not meet Reserve it will be passed in.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions. Payment must be made prior to collection. You must take a Paid invoice for collection.

There are Limited Collection Times. If you do not collect on time your invoice will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. Collection is only available 10am to 4pm on Thursday 16th, Friday 17th and Monday 20th May. All goods must be collected by 4pm Monday 20th May.

Collection is from Grey Lynn, Auckland.
