AUCTION LOCATION
This is an Onsite and Online Auction. The Onsite location is at Millwater Bistro & Bar, 175 Millwater Parkway, Silverdale.

VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing is available from 9.00am to 3.00pm Tuesday 16th April at Millwater Bistro & Bar, 175 Millwater Parkway, Silverdale.

We highly recommend inspection on all items. We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing.

Disclaimer: All goods are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or given. The sale of goods act does not apply to this auction. All Lots are sold "As Is Where Is".

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive.

A buyer's premium of 15% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer's premium total cost $117.25

AUCTION START TIME
This Auction is open for bidding. At 10am Wednesday 17th April timed bidding will stop and the live auction will begin from Lot 2. Any winning bids placed before the auction goes live will be carried over to the live auction.

BIDDING INCREMENTS
Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: $0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000 = $50 / $1000+ = $100.

RESERVES
We are selling on behalf of our clients (Liquidators/Vendors). The Liquidator/Vendor may stipulate reserves on their items. As such some of the items in this auction may be subject to a reserve. If the reserve is not met during the auction the item will be passed in. The Auctioneer can negotiate with the highest bidder. If the highest bidder does not buy the Auctioneer can then negotiate with other buyers.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions.

There are no payment facilities onsite. Payment must be made prior to collection. Payment can be made online to the bank account provided at the base of the invoice.

Collection is from Millwater Bistro & Bar, 175 Millwater Parkway, Silverdale. Collection is available up to 3pm on day of Auction, then 9am to 3pm on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th April.

**All goods Must Be Collected By 3pm Friday 19th April. **
