VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing of samples is available during regular business hours at All About Auctions, 82 Leonard Road, Mt Wellington. **Collection is from Albany - see limited collection times below**

We highly recommend inspection on all items. We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing. Stone items **recommend professional installer/sealer, all items are sold as is where is .

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 15% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $17.25 = total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 10am Friday 1st March.

**NOTES:
- if a lot receives a bid within the last 10 min. it will remain open for an additional 5 min.
- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 5 min.

Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: 0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000= $50 / $1000+ = $100.

RESERVES
Some Lots might have a Reserve. If the Lot does not meet Reserve it will be passed in.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions. Payment must be made prior to collection. You must take a Paid invoice for collection.

Collection time is to be arranged prior with the Vendor so they can have your goods ready. Collection is available 9am to 4pm on Monday 4th March to Friday 8th March. All goods must be collected by 4pm Friday 8th as the warehouse closes down for stock take the following week.
