This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 10am Friday 9th February.

VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing of is available 10am to 1pm on Wednesday 7th February.

We highly recommend inspection on all items. We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing.

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 10% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $10.00 = total cost $110.00.

AUCTION START TIME
This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 10am Friday 9th February.

**NOTES:
- if a lot receives a bid within the last 10 min. it will remain open for an additional 5 min.
- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 5 min.

Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: 0-$1000= $50 / $1000+ = $100.

RESERVES
Some Lots might have a Reserve. If the Lot does not meet Reserve it will be passed in.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions.

Payment must be made prior to collection.

Collection is from 1 O’Rorke Road, Penrose.
