AUCTION LOCATION
This is an Onsite and Online Auction. The Onsite location is 25B Patiki Road, Avondale. **Collection is also from this location - see limited collection times below**

VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing is available from 10am to 3pm Tuesday 23rd January at 25B Patiki Road, Avondale.

We highly recommend inspection on all items. We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing.

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. *For the vehicles, a buyers premium of 5% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer's premium total cost $105.75. For all other lots a buyer's premium of 15% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer's premium total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
The auction is open for bidding now. At 10am Wednesday 24th January timed bidding will stop and the live auction will begin from Lot 2. Any winning bids placed before the auction goes live will be carried over to the live auction.

BIDDING INCREMENTS
Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: $0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000 = $50 / $1000+ = $100.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions.

There are no payment facilities onsite. Payment must be made prior to collection. Payment can be made online to the bank account provided at the base of the invoice.

Collection is from 25B Patiki Road, Avondale. Collection is available upto 3pm on day of Auction, then 10am to 4pm on Thursday 25th, Friday 26th and 10am to 3pm on Saturday 27th January. **Note, Lot Pallet Racking and Pallet Jack are not available for collection until Saturday 27th January.

**All goods Must Be Collected By 3pm Saturday 27th January. **
