AUCTION LOCATION
This is an Onsite and Online Auction. The Onsite location is 17 Edwin Feist Place, Solway, Masterton. **Collection is from this location - see limited collection times below**

VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing is available from 9am to 3pm Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th November at 17 Edwin Feist Place, Solway, Masterton.

We highly recommend inspection on all items. We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing.

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A Buyer’s Premium of 15% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium of $17.25 = total cost $117.25.

AUCTION START TIME
Online bidding is open now. At 10am Wednesday 8th November timed bidding will stop and the live auction will begin from Lot 2. Any winning bids placed before the auction goes live will be carried over to the live auction.

BIDDING INCREMENTS
Start Price is $10.00. Bidding increments for the Hospitality Auction are as follows: $0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000 = $50 / $1000+ = $100.

RESERVES
Some Lots might have a Reserve. If the Lot does not meet Reserve it will be passed in. The Auctioneer can negotiate with the highest bidder. If the highest bidder does not buy the Auctioneer can then negotiate with other buyers.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions. Collection will be from 17 Edwin Feist Place, Solway, Masterton.

There are no payment facilities onsite. Payment must be made prior to collection. Payment can be made online to the bank account provided at the base of the invoice.

Collection is from is 17 Edwin Feist Place, Solway, Masterton and is available up to 4pm on day of Auction then 9am to 4pm on Thursday 9th, Friday 10th, Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th November.
