VIEWING & INSPECTION
Viewing is available 10am to 4pm on Monday 10th July, Tuesday 11th July and Monday 17th July and from 9.00am on the day of Auction.

We highly recommend inspection on all items. We will endeavour to describe all goods as accurately as possible with the information we are given. Inspection is extremely important and highly recommended for potential buyers to ascertain the overall description and condition of any items they are considering purchasing.

All goods are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or given. The sale of goods act does not apply to this auction.

BUYERS PREMIUM
This Sale is GST inclusive. A buyer’s premium of 15% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium total cost $117.25.

LIVE AUCTION STARTS
At 10am Tuesday 18th July timed bidding will stop and the live auction will begin from Lot 2. Any winning bids placed before the auction goes live will be carried over to the live auction.

BIDDING INCREMENTS
Starting price is $10. Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: 0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000= $50 / $1000+ = $100.

PAYMENT & COLLECTION
An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions.

Collection is available on day of Auction, then 9am to 4pm Wednesday 19th July to Tuesday 25th July.

Buyers must provide own labour and equipment to safely remove goods and are responsible to remove equipment without causing any damage to the premises. Everything will be disconnected ready for collection - unless noted otherwise in the description.
