This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 6pm Wednesday 28th June **Note, all goods must be collected by 4pm Friday 30th June. There is no access after that time.

PLEASE NOTE: The bid price includes GST. A Buyers Premium of 15% + GST will be added to your winning bid.

AAA Reserves the right to withdraw Lots or bring forward/adjust the Closing Time of the Auction at Liquidators request.

We highly recommend inspection on all items. Buyers are responsible for determining the condition and functionality of all items for themselves.

**NOTES:
- if a lot receives a bid within the last 10 min. it will remain open for an additional 5 min.
- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 5 min.

Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: 0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000= $50 / $1000+ = $100.

An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment and collection instructions.

There are no payment facilities at the location. You must make online payment prior to collection and provide a paid invoice to collect your goods.

Collection is ONLY available from 10am to 4pm Thursday 29th and Friday 30th June. All goods MUST be collected by 4pm Friday 30th June. There is no access after that time.

Buyers must provide own labour and equipment to safely remove goods and are responsible to remove equipment without causing any damage to the premises.
