This Auction is a Timed Online Only Auction. It will not be live streamed. The Auction will start closing from 10am Friday 26th May. The closing time is staggered by 30 seconds for every Lot.

**NOTES:
- if a lot receives a bid within the last 5 min. it will remain open for an additional 5 min.
- If any further bidding occurs, the extension timer will reset to 5 min.

Starting price is $10. Bidding increments for this Auction are as follows: 0-$200 = $10 / $200-$500= $25 / $500-$1000= $50 / $1000+ = $100.

This Sale is GST inclusive. A buyer’s premium of 15% plus GST will be added to your winning bid price. Example winning bid $100.00. Add buyer’s premium total cost $117.25.

An email will be sent at the end of the auction with a copy of your invoice and full payment instructions.

There are no payment facilities at the location. You must make online payment prior to collection and provide a paid invoice to collect your goods.

Collection is from 133 Captain Springs Road, Onehunga. The time to be arranged.

Buyers must provide own labour and equipment to safely remove goods and are responsible to remove equipment without causing any damage to the premises. Everything will be disconnected ready for collection - unless noted otherwise in the description.
